FUZED, a Samba band with a difference, is looking for new members from any age or background.
The band started as a Soft Touch youth project which fused Samba and Urban music. Lots of young people took part and were introduced to music that they would not normally play or get involved in.
The funding, from Youth Music, has ended, but the band continues to develop, with the members taking on new roles and developing musically. Now there are members of all ages and we are always looking for new members.
Regular weekly rehearsals take place on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7:30pm at the Soft Touch Studios, 120a Hartopp Road, Leicester. Our next performance will be at the next Urban Vibes gig on February 19th 2010 at the Charlotte.
