Our professional standards
Soft Touch sets great store by upholding the highest professional standards. To this end we have developed a set of policies and procedures which hold us to these standards and set goals for making improvements.
We have signed up to the Skills Pledge, which is a commitment that through training, productivity and efficiency we will improve and realise the potential of our staff, volunteers and board members by developing their basic skills and working towards relevant, valuable qualifications.
