Soft Touch's mission is to use the arts to offer people with limited opportunities the chance to work together to effect positive change for themselves and their communities. 

We are a Leicester-based participatory arts and community development organisation. We offer opportunities for involvement in enjoyable and challenging creative projects. Our projects make a difference to people’s lives through personal development and gaining new skills. The empowerment of communities and individuals is at the core of our business, using the arts to enable people to reach their full potential and achieve positive life outcomes. We have a strong reputation for achieving beneficial results with ‘hard to reach’ young people such as young offenders, looked after children, Gypsies and Travellers and other excluded groups.
