Managing Director of Steamin’ Billy, Billy Allingham, has supported one of our mentees, Andrew, to such an extent that his developed skills shine thoroughly with the short film below. Andrew did a work placement at Arch Creative last week and produced a thirty year anniversary short film for Soft Touch as part of it.
“The mentoring programme is a really vital way to get struggling young people targeted support exactly when they need it. Andrew has come on in leaps and bounds and is now taking part in all sorts of exciting projects. It’s great to see him progress.”

“Andrew has done a great job of editing some existing footage together and telling a story through the various creative services that Soft Touch Arts cover.”
Andrew has done a fabulous job and committed to completing a lovely video that we can be proud of claiming towards our 30th anniversary celebration.
A huge thank you to Billy for supporting our mentoring scheme and persistently advising Andrew towards the potential he can truly achieve. Thanks to Arch Creative for giving Andrew the advantage of gaining work experience.
